Heather
Meet Heather, a seasoned professional with a passion for health and wellness. With 6 years’ experience in the industry, she blends her over 500-hour certification as a yoga instructor with her knowledge of the Five Elements to create a unique and comprehensive program for her members.

Heather’s dedication to the positive impact of yoga on mental health and physical well-being drives her to make the ancient teachings of the Yoga system relevant to modern life. With her innovative approach and commitment to making these teachings accessible to all, she bridges the gap between traditional practices and their application in the modern world. Her goal is to help her clients achieve not only an increased sense of awareness, but also physical strength and the comfort of flexibility. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Heather’s program is designed to meet your needs and help you reach your full potential, both mentally and physically.
