Kids Fitness 6-9 years
The fun way to get fit, develop strength, cardiovascular health and overall fitness. This program focuses on developing funcational movements giving the kids a soild foundation in any sport and an opportunity to develop their skills more thoroughly and live a healthier lifestyle. Socially as well as physically beneficial.
Teens Fitness 11-14 years
A program designed to help teens develop their strength and increase muscle mass safely. Teens work on perfecting key functional movements including squats, deadlift and benchpress, as well as accessory movements to complement the relevant muscles.
Meet the Program Manager
Elsayed is from Egypt. He has trained and competed worldwide in Weightlifting. Primarily a barbell specialist with a passion for Olympic Weightlifting , CrossFit and all the elements of strength and conditioning. Both coach and personal trainer, driven by results, he strives to enhance clients strength, technique and quality of movement, as well as promote and encourage healthy living to the best of his abilities. Motivating people by ensuring that his exercise and fitness routines are challenging but enjoyable at the same time.

ASSESSMENT
Before we start, we carefully assess each child’s specific skills and performance in their chosen discipline.
PROGRAMMING
These programs are designed in advance for every level by experienced, elite coaches.
PROGRESS TRACKING
We then track the development of their skills throughout the term, following which ones are improving, and which ones aren't.
EVALUATION
At the end of each term, we can give them clear targets to focus on, allowing you to help them hone some skills at home, or in 1-1 classes with our specialists. Eventually, when they’re ready, they progress to the next level.
