      REFORMER CORE

      Work your body like you never thought possible! Using the reformer to strengthen and lengthen muscles without adding bulk, working those deepest abdominals while sculpting the legs, butt, arms and back.Open to all levels.

      REFORMER CARDIO

      Athletic Reformer Pilates class incorporates elements of cardio, strength training and yoga, with various levels of spring options. Expect the heart rate to spike and muscles to burn as you sweat and have fun. Level: Intermediate.

      This terrific, low-impact workout helps strengthen and tone your body while increasing flexibility and improving posture.Focus on your core, lower back, legs, butt, pelvic floor, and hips in a faster paced workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more flexible!

      Reformer athletic

      This full-body conditioning program incorporates elements of traditional Pilates, strength training and cardio.Raise your heart rate and feel the burn as you align, renew, and tone your body from head to toe. It’s fun, it’s sweaty, and it’s open to all.

      A beginner’s guide to Reformer Pilates. Discover how to integrate your body, breath, and the reformer machine through the correct breakdown of movement, positioning and basic anatomy. Technical and deeply satisfying, with a notable impact on your posture, mobility and strength.

        Meet the Program Manager

        DAN is our Gym Program Manager as well as a Personal Trainer. He’s been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and worked with people from many different backgrounds, each with their own unique goals. He believes that anyone, at any age, can prioritise movement, build strength and eat better to get the life they want.
